OT Therapy Team Leader

About the role

Lead and support the occupational therapy team in a rehabilitation setting, ensuring seamless implementation of procedures and personalized patient care. Assist the Director of Therapy Operations with daily team management, including scheduling, training, and communication. Provide direct patient care, fostering meaningful relationships to aid recovery and celebrate patient progress. Utilize the latest technology in a collaborative environment to deliver compassionate, goal-oriented therapy.

Qualifications & Skills

• Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited therapy program
• Minimum of three years’ experience in occupational therapy or leadership, with at least two years of clinical practice
• CPR certification (must be obtained within 30 days if not already certified)
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or holding relevant professional certifications preferred
