Occupational Therapy Team Leader Role & Responsibilities Assist the Director of Therapy Operations in managing daily team activities, including scheduling, training, and communication with staff and hospital departments. Provide direct patient care, fostering personalized relationships to support recovery and celebrate patient progress. Ensure seamless implementation of procedures and treatments, utilizing specialized skills and technology in a collaborative environment. Lead, motivate, and guide the occupational therapy team to deliver compassionate care aligned with rehabilitation goals. Qualifications & Skills Current state licensure or certification as required.CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.Bachelor's or Master's degree in an accredited therapy program.At least three years of occupational therapy or leadership experience, with two years of clinical practice.Professional certifications or Therapy Clinical Ladder eligibility preferred.
