OT Therapy Team Leader

About the role

Oversee therapy operations, coordinate staff scheduling, orientation, and training, and collaborate with hospital departments. Provide direct patient care, build relationships to support recovery, and celebrate patient progress.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification as per state regulations
• CPR certification (or obtained within 30 days)
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in an accredited therapy program
• Minimum of three years of occupational therapy experience, including two years in leadership or clinical roles
• Specialty certifications preferred
