OT Therapy Team Leader - Clinical Leadership

Responsibilities

• Aid in daily operations such as scheduling, training, and communication
• Provide direct patient care, fostering personalized relationships
• Ensure seamless implementation of procedures and treatments
• Celebrate patient progress

Qualifications & Skills

• Current licensure or certification per state requirements
• CPR certification (must be obtained within 30 days if not already certified)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an accredited therapy program
• Minimum of three years of occupational therapy or leadership experience, including two years of clinical practice
• Professional certifications or Therapy Clinical Ladder eligibility preferred
