OT Team Lead - Rehabilitation

About the role

Lead and support the therapy team in delivering compassionate, personalized occupational therapy care, guiding patients toward recovery goals. Assist with daily operations, including scheduling, training, and communication with staff and hospital departments. Provide direct patient care, fostering meaningful relationships and celebrating patient progress.

Responsibilities

• Oversee team activities and ensure seamless implementation of procedures and treatments.
• Collaborate with the Director of Therapy Operations to coordinate team efforts.
• Maintain compliance with licensure, certification, and safety requirements.
• Build positive patient relationships and support their rehabilitation journey.
• Support team development through training and communication.

Requirements

• Current state licensure or certification in occupational therapy.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited occupational therapy program.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in occupational therapy or leadership, including two years of clinical practice.
• CPR certification (must be obtained within 30 days if not already certified).
• Preferred: active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or holding specialty certifications.
