OT Team Lead - Rehabilitation

About the Role

Lead and support the occupational therapy team in a rehabilitation setting, ensuring seamless implementation of procedures and personalized patient care. Collaborate with the Director of Therapy Operations on daily operations, including scheduling, training, and communication. Provide direct patient care, building strong relationships to support recovery and celebrate patient victories.

Requirements

• Current licensure or certification as per state regulations
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an accredited therapy program
• Minimum of three years’ experience in occupational therapy or leadership, with at least two years of clinical practice
• CPR certification or must obtain within 30 days of hire
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or relevant professional certifications preferred
