About the role

We are searching for a talented Team Lead for Rehabilitation Services. This position is located at St. Luke’s Hospital in New Bedford, MA, with a day shift and on-call rotation for weekends and holidays remotely.

Hours: 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Perform diversified duties both within the Rehabilitation team and in support of the Rehabilitation Program under the direction of the Manager, Rehabilitation Services or designee.
• Provide direction to assigned staff to meet department objectives.
• Responsible for the formulation, implementation, and monitoring of goals for assigned areas of responsibility in collaboration with the Manager.
• Coordinate daily department workflow with all team members and other team leaders to ensure safe, effective, and efficient work processing.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in a Rehabilitation discipline such as PT, OT, SLP, or Audiology is required.
• A minimum of five years of related work experience is required.
• Basic working knowledge of PC use required.
• CPR certification required.
• Current Massachusetts License in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, or Audiology.
• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and COVID-19 or exempt for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying exemption once hired.

Pay

Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience. Pay Range: USD $52.28 - USD $73.85 per hour.

Schedule

• Day shift with on-call rotation for weekends and holidays remotely.
