OT Team Lead - Rehabilitation

About the role

Lead and support the occupational therapy team in delivering compassionate, personalized care to patients during their rehabilitation journey. Responsible for assisting with daily operations, including scheduling, training, and communication with staff and hospital departments. Provide direct patient care, building strong relationships and helping patients achieve their recovery goals. Celebrate patient victories and ensure seamless implementation of procedures and treatments.

Qualifications & Skills

• Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations
• CPR certification or must obtain within 30 days of hire
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited therapy program
• Minimum of three years of occupational therapy or leadership experience, with at least two years of clinical practice
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or holding professional certifications preferred
