Rehabilitation OT Team Leader

About the role

Lead daily operations of the therapy team, including scheduling, training, and communication with staff and hospital departments. Provide direct patient care, developing personalized treatment plans to support recovery and celebrating patient progress. Assist the Director of Therapy Operations in implementing procedures and ensuring seamless treatment delivery. Build strong relationships with patients, understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the therapy team, including scheduling, training, and communication with staff and hospital departments.
• Provide direct patient care, developing personalized treatment plans to support recovery and celebrating patient progress.
• Assist the Director of Therapy Operations in implementing procedures and ensuring seamless treatment delivery.
• Build strong relationships with patients, understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure or certification as required.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in an accredited therapy program.
• At least three years of occupational therapy or leadership experience, including two years of clinical practice.
• Preferred: active Therapy Clinical Ladder status or specialty certifications.
