About the role
Plan and implement Office of Student Engagement and Leadership events: open houses, holiday parties, and informational tabling.
Responsibilities
- Be part of one or more committees that focus on: Office marketing, Office engagement, Assisting the Student Organizations Coordinator, and/or Office programming
- Provide Office of Student Engagement and Leadership visitors with information about events, campus resources, and other departments
- Develop decorative items for the office and student events on campus
- Answer phone calls
- Maintain Office of Student Engagement and Leadership files and inventory of supplies
- Attend monthly Office of Student Engagement and Leadership meetings
- All other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Meet and maintain a 2.0 GPA for the semester and cumulative
- Positive attitude, outgoing, and friendly
Qualifications
- Some knowledge about programs and services offered at the University of La Verne
- Customer Service
- Familiarity with CampusLabs
- Knowledge of Campus locations and resources

Schedule
- Office hours are Monday through Thursday 8AM-6PM and Friday 9AM-4PM. Schedule is dependent on students’ availability and Federal Work Study award.
