Responsibilities

• Aid and support instructors, fabrication, measurement, impression taking, modification, and fitting of upper limb prosthetics in the clinical portion of the Upper Limb Prosthetics course.
• Assist in monitoring patient models and ensuring student safety during lab sessions.
• Support course coordinators in managing the safety of students during fabrication and patient model evaluations and fittings.
• Maintain records of student participation on the Discussion Board.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 3 years of experience
• ABC Prosthetist (CP) and/or Prosthetist/Orthotist (CPO) certification
• Experience in Upper Limb Prosthetics patient care

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Knowledge of Fabrication techniques
• Computer Skills (Microsoft Word, Excel)

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately
