Primary Responsibilities/Requirements

  • Schedule patients in a timely manner and correspond with physician teams if needed
  • Patient paperwork/review
  • Check insurance and update demographics
  • Direct patients to the right floor of building
  • Phone calls to O&P
  • Scan in SMX
  • Notate within EMR important phone calls/messages

  • Possess pleasant, friendly demeanor, with ability to work independently
  • Possess the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with patients, physicians, and co-workers
  • Multitask in a busy environment
  • Work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Outstanding organizational, verbal and writing skills
  • Independent and highly motivated
  • Initiative and self-discipline
  • Proven positive, "teamwork" attitude in work history

Physical Demands

  • Use arms, hands, and fingers skillfully
  • Constant standing and walking
  • Agile and able to work efficiently in space limited areas
  • Work at a productive pace
  • Adapt to frequent treatment schedule changes
