About the Role

Wellstar Health System is seeking a fellowship-trained Pediatric Orthopedic Surgeon to join our Musculoskeletal service line in Augusta, GA at Wellstar MCG Health. We are particularly interested in sub-specialties including Sports, Ortho-trauma, Pediatrics, and Total Joint to join our growing, collegial group.

• Team includes 12 orthopedic surgeons across various sub-specialties plus advanced practice providers.
• Surgeons participate in general orthopedic call in equal rotation with all group providers.
• Facilities include a surgery center, main office at the hospital, and a satellite office minutes away.
• New hospital opening in Evans, GA in 2026.
• Small percentage of time dedicated to academic requirements, including lectures, research, teaching, and involvement with the GME program (4 residents per year).
