About the role
We are seeking a Board Certified/Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon with a focus on Sports Medicine to join a dedicated team in Northampton.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive sports medicine and musculoskeletal care within an established orthopedic practice.
- Collaborate with a small, cohesive team of orthopedic surgeons, a physiatrist, and APPs in a state-of-the-art facility.
- Participate in a general ortho call schedule (1:5) using a team approach.
- Deliver surgical and non-surgical care emphasizing outcomes and patient experience.
- Engage in mentoring and professional development.
- Work across multiple sites, including outpatient facilities with imaging, therapy, and wellness centers.
Requirements
- Board certification or eligibility in Orthopedics.
- Fellowship training in Sports Medicine or 5+ years of sports medicine experience.
