About the role

Join a well-established, physician-owned orthopedic group seeking a 100% Sports Medicine surgeon to step into immediate patient volume with a robust referral network. The position offers a 2‑year partnership track, ownership opportunities in ancillary services, and the potential to earn >$1.1 million annually within a collegial team of 12 orthopedic surgeons and strong mid‑level support.

Responsibilities

• Provide full‑time sports medicine care (100% focus).
• Utilize 2.5 days of operating room block time per week.
• Cover games at both college and high school levels.
• Manage immediate patient volume supported by an established referral base.
• Participate in a physician‑owned practice with ancillary services (clinic, ASC, PT, imaging, walk‑in clinic).
• Contribute to a patient‑first, collegial culture dedicated to long‑term excellence.

Pay

Base pay range: $700,000 – $1,000,000 per year, with additional earning potential through partnership and ancillary ownership exceeding $1.1 million annually.
