Orthopedic Sports Medicine Surgeon

About the role

A hospital-employed practice is seeking a Board Certified or Eligible Sports Medicine Orthopedic Surgeon with fellowship training in sports medicine. The ideal candidate will have expertise in shoulder and knee arthroscopy and an interest in expanding into elbow and hip arthroscopy.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced procedures such as shoulder and knee arthroscopy, ligament reconstructions, meniscal repairs, and cartilage restoration.
• Lead and grow the sports medicine service line.
• Manage trauma cases, joint replacements, and hand surgeries.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements

• Fellowship training in sports medicine.
• Proficiency in complex arthroscopic procedures.
• Ability to develop new services.

Work Environment

• Office hours Monday–Thursday, no evening or weekend shifts.
