- Three or more years’ experience in dental insurance and/or Ortho billing departments.
- Flexibility regarding scheduling. Office is open 6 days a week, including early morning, late evenings, and some holidays.
- Experience providing exceptional hospitality-inspired customer service in a fast-paced Practice.
- Excellent attention to detail and high follow through.
- The ability to calculate percentages accurately and quickly. Very strong math skills. Strong ability to understand and explain EOB's.
- A positive, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude. Collaborative and comfortable in communications with patients regarding sensitive financial concerns.
- Outstanding teamwork skills and the ability to work with a diverse group of people.
- Bi-lingual in English and Spanish welcomed.
- High school or equivalent (Required).
- College degree preferred.
- Knowledge of Dentrix Ascend (or other dental software)
- Strong Dental Insurance knowledge
