Organizational & Leadership Development Manager $130,000 - $160,000 / year Trulite is looking for an Organizational & Leadership Development Manager! The Organizational & Leadership Development Manager will build and execute an enterprise-wide people development strategy for Trulite, partnering with the Head of Transformation to strengthen leadership, business acumen, and cross-functional collaboration company-wide. This is a hands-on builder's role based near our Atlanta headquarters or another Trulite facility, with travel of approximately 25-50% across the U.S. and Canada. Who You Are You understand manufacturing environments and can set strategy and personally execute it. You believe developing people is one of the most direct ways to improve business performance, and you bring the commercial and financial acumen to connect training priorities to real business data. You build practical solutions from the resources you have rather than reaching for a generic off-the-shelf program, and you earn credibility easily on the shop floor, in a sales meeting, or in a finance review. You take initiative and follow through with minimal direction. What You Will Be Doing Own the people development strategy for Trulite, identifying critical skill gaps and building a practical plan to close themAssess capability needs across operations, sales, finance, customer service, and corporate functionsDefine what good leadership looks like at each level of the organizationAdvise the Head of Transformation and executive team on people-related risks to performance and growthBuild a practical curriculum covering technical knowledge, leadership fundamentals, sales and customer skills, financial literacy, and cross-functional collaborationDesign programs for how Trulite employees actually work, across shifts, locations, and functionsExpand the front-line manager program to build coaching, feedback, and performance management habitsGrow sales capability programming in partnership with commercial leadershipBuild financial acumen training for operational and commercial leadersCreate onboarding programs for newly acquired companiesIdentify and manage external facilitators or content partners where neededRun development programs end to end, including planning, scheduling, materials, facilitation, and follow-upPilot programs at select sites before scaling, adjusting based on real-world resultsPartner with site and functional leaders to build development into existing workflowsIdentify and develop strong internal operators who can train their peersTrack whether programs are changing how people actually work, not just completion ratesBuild check-in and reinforcement processes so skills are retained after programs concludeReport progress regularly to the Head of Transformation and relevant leadersConnect development results to retention, promotion readiness, quality, sales performance, and leadership bench strength Skills You Bring 5+ years of organizational development experience, including direct experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or industrial businessBachelor's degree required; background in instructional design, organizational development, operations, or a related field preferredAbility to travel 25-50%Training certifications a plusDemonstrated track record building and leading people development programs across multiple functionsExperience building programs for a multi-site organizationCommercial and financial acumen to build relevant content and translate business data into training prioritiesHands-on experience designing, delivering, and evaluating development programsStrong communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of an organizationDemonstrated initiative and follow-through with minimal directionExperience supporting organizational development during acquisitions or transitions preferred Why Trulite Trulite offers the most comprehensive benefit coverage in the industry.
