- Partner with business leaders to shape the people strategy for major transformations.
- Facilitate leadership sessions, analyze stakeholder readiness, coach leaders through organizational challenges, measure adoption, and help improve our enterprise approach to organizational change.
What You Can Expect
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders across the organization by understanding business needs and tailoring approaches.
- Design change, communication, engagement, learning, and adoption strategies and solutions to drive business results.
- Facilitate workshops, leadership discussions, and decision-making sessions with audiences ranging from frontline associates to executive leadership.
- Build leaders' capabilities to lead change effectively.
- Measure outcomes and use data to improve adoption and business results.
- Manage highly sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Help mature our organization's change management and organization development practices.
- Partner across HR and the business to ensure strategic initiatives achieve lasting impact.
