Position Responsibilities
- Facilitate ADVISA’s portfolio of organizational development programs including, but not limited to, Data Debriefs (LCA Summary, Engagement, etc.), Data Collection (Focus Groups), Diagnose and Define, ADVISA Leadership Academy, Customer Focused Selling, Leadership Summits, Leading with AIC, Customized courses for clients, Topical short courses, Executive Coaching.
- Demonstrate exceptional preparation for sessions, engage with clients in the moment, exhibit adaptability and responsiveness to participants during the session to deliver on our brand promise of driving behavior change.
- Partner with executive teams to define organizational core values and leadership capabilities, facilitating candid discussions, challenging assumptions when needed, and driving alignment around next steps.
- Implement feedback from client evaluations to continuously improve facilitation quality and participant satisfaction.
- Catalyze meaningful behavior change by encouraging and enabling clients to connect training content to their real-world challenges and opportunities.
- Develop executive summaries, strategic recommendations, and comprehensive reports that synthesize workshop outcomes into clear, actionable insights for senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Serve as an ambassador for ADVISA’s values and mission, representing the brand with expertise and professionalism.
- Identify emerging client and business needs to inform the design of new organizational development products and solutions.
- Design and customize learning experiences by adapting existing programs and creating tailored sessions that align with each client's unique business challenges, culture, strategic priorities, and desired outcomes.
- Pilot new products and learning experiences, gathering feedback and evaluating outcomes to inform refinement and broader implementation.
- Assess and enhance the existing product portfolio, making improvements based on client feedback, facilitator insights, and business priorities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align training with broader client objectives and organizational priorities.
- Apply a continuous improvement mindset to strengthen product quality, relevance, scalability, and learner impact.
- Prioritize product enhancements and innovation efforts that support organizational strategy and client success.
- Shape, innovate, and enhance ADVISA’s products and frameworks, ensuring they remain innovative, relevant, and responsive to evolving client needs.
Position Requirements
- Demonstrates exceptional facilitation and coaching skills with the ability to engage senior leaders, navigate complex group dynamics, foster productive dialogue, and drive meaningful behavior change.
- Built credibility quickly, partners effectively with executive teams, and confidently challenges assumptions to help leaders make informed decisions and achieve organizational alignment.
- Identifies emerging client and business needs, designs innovative solutions aligned with ADVISA's Leader-Led Culture System, and continuously refines existing products to maximize impact and scalability.
- Analyzes organizational data, client insights, and business challenges to develop practical, high-impact recommendations that improve leadership effectiveness and organizational performance.
- Communicates with clarity and professionalism through facilitation, written deliverables, executive summaries, and strategic recommendations that translate complex discussions into actionable next steps.
- Demonstrates agility in responding to evolving client needs, adjusting facilitation and consulting approaches in real time while maintaining a high-quality client experience.
- Buils trusted partnerships across internal teams and client organizations, leading through influence rather than authority to achieve shared outcomes and organizational success.
- Takes ownership of client engagements, product initiatives, and organizational priorities, following through with a high level of accountability, initiative, and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- 8+ years working in a client focused, professional services business preferred.
- Experience in a leadership position and/or highly fluent in leadership and organizational development.
- Proven facilitation skills.
- Expert level fluency with all Microsoft products.
- Executive-level communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree required.
