Organizational Development Consultant

About the role

The Organizational Development (OD) Consultant at PIH Health provides consulting and expertise in areas such as change management, leadership development, coaching, organizational assessment and culture, and employee engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide organizational and leadership consulting to supervisors and managers
• Support the culture, mission, vision and values of PIH Health
• Lead a variety of projects across talent management, organizational effectiveness, change management, employee engagement and experience, and leadership and team consulting

Requirements

• Ability to make formal presentations on a variety of related leadership/human resources topics
• Strong strategic planning and operational implementation skills
• Ability to effectively manage dynamic projects with multiple priorities
• Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of people and team members to ensure strong leadership
• Coaching and consulting skills

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required + 7 years professional-level experience in training, organizational development, human resources development and/or consulting
• Bachelor’s Degree + 3 years professional-level experience in training, organizational development, human resources development and/or consulting

Skills

• Ability to make formal presentations on a variety of related leadership/human resources topics
• Strong strategic planning and operational implementation skills
• Ability to effectively manage dynamic projects with multiple priorities
• Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of people and team members to ensure strong leadership
• Teaching and training skills
• Use of A/V equipment and adult-learning techniques

Pay

$102,000.00 - $135,000.00 annually
