Responsibilities
- Evaluating organ system function
- Performing a thorough physical assessment
- Completing accurate and proper donor chart documentation
- Preparing OR suite for the recovery
- Assisting with packaging and labeling organs per UNOS and Indiana Donor Network policy
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with Critical Care experience or Respiratory Therapist with Critical Care experience
- The ability to think analytically and tackle problems using a logical, systematic, and sequential approach
- Certified Procurement Transplant Coordinator (CPTC) must be obtained within 2 years of date of hire
Qualifications
- Must be able to work rotating 24-hour shifts (24 hours on / 72 hour off)

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
Schedule
This position works rotating 24-hour shifts (24 hours on / 72 hour off).
