As the state’s federally designated organ recovery organization and an accredited tissue bank, we are dedicated to making a profound impact on countless lives.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluating organ system function
  • Performing a thorough physical assessment
  • Completing accurate and proper donor chart documentation
  • Preparing OR suite for the recovery
  • Assisting with packaging and labeling organs per UNOS and Indiana Donor Network policy

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse with Critical Care experience or Respiratory Therapist with Critical Care experience
  • The ability to think analytically and tackle problems using a logical, systematic, and sequential approach
  • Certified Procurement Transplant Coordinator (CPTC) must be obtained within 2 years of date of hire

Qualifications

  • Must be able to work rotating 24-hour shifts (24 hours on / 72 hour off)

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Schedule

This position works rotating 24-hour shifts (24 hours on / 72 hour off).
