Responsibilities

• Take and process takeout orders accurately
• Handle payment transactions and verify customer IDs
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy
• Efficiently package orders following food safety standards
• Distribute orders to customers and verify receipt matches order
• Utilize host phone to text guests when orders are complete
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the takeout station
• Promote specials, upsell, and maximize sales opportunities
• Assist with other tasks as needed
