Cook II - Youyu Noodle Bar

About the role

The team member plays a crucial role in maintaining high standards of food preparation and presentation, as well as ensuring quality and portion control. They assist the Sous Chef and Cook in these tasks and must be flexible, capable of working across various kitchen areas.

Responsibilities

• Taste and present food products according to established standards.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and temperature compliance.
• Work collaboratively with other line employees to fulfill daily responsibilities.
• Prepare production in accordance with Restaurant Chef's standards.
• Maintain quality inventory control and ensure cleanliness and safety in production and storage areas.
• Handle guest complaints and promote positive public and employee relations.
• Participate in training and leadership development programs.
• Take advantage of wellness programs and discounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two to three years of experience in a high-volume kitchen setting.
