YOUR FOCUS (Job Duties and Responsibilities)
- Sell competitively over the phone to achieve maximum sales and commission targets
- Increase sales and business for assigned accounts
- Stay up to date with Verizon's latest promotions
- Learn how to schedule appointments for assigned accounts
- Display proficiency with Excel and basic computer skills
- Continually multi-task with multiple windows/programs
- Occasionally speak with assigned account representatives on customer behalf
- Communicate effectively
- Maintain a working relationship with all internal partners
YOUR BACKGROUND (Requirements)
- A high school diploma required; an associates degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a call center, customer service or retail setting or equivalent understanding of customer service and sales
- Previous sales experience or working in a commission sales role is highly desired
- Speak fluent English clearly and concisely
