About the role
The Order Control Agent plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and delivery of furniture to customers. This position is vital for maintaining customer satisfaction by managing unavailable products and finalizing delivery schedules.
Responsibilities
- Printing and updating manifests for delivery
- Making last-minute delivery changes
- Finalizing delivery schedules
- Working with customers when an item is not readily available for delivery
Requirements
This role requires:
- Able to manage time and multitask
- Experience with high-volume phone contact with both internal and external customers
- Ability to prioritize, work under pressure in a timely and efficient manner
- Regular, reliable attendance and punctuality to serve customers
- Team player
- Strong computer navigation skills, general computer knowledge, and MS Office understanding
- Effective communication, both written and verbal
Qualifications
