Job Summary
The Order Quality Specialist (internally known as Keeper of the Stockpile) acts as a liaison between the Fulfillment Center Customer Service team and performs essential functions to resolve inventory discrepancies on orders being assembled for shipment.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve inventory related order discrepancies and deliver a positive customer experience
- Investigate and provide resolution for parts that are missing or out of stock
- Handle escalated part identification and communicate solutions to urgent issues that need to be resolved
- Update part and shipping information to be accurately reflected in inventory management and purchase order systems
- Exercise discretion in managing time to locate parts missing from orders
- Log FC Quality Issues and communicate trends with the internal and leadership teams
- Resolve aged orders in process and expedites air orders
Requirements
- Able to work Monday - Friday 12:30 PM-9:00pm or 1:30pm-10:00pm and work Saturdays as needed
- Showcase strong decision making and problem-solving skills
- Possess excellent time management and organizational skills
- Possess intermediate to advanced knowledge of High Jump, Syspro, and Exacta
- Able to operate all material handling equipment safely
- Possess the ability to move around for long periods of time and consistently lift up to 40lbs unassisted
- Possess fantastic communication skills & proficient in English (verbal and written)

Pay
The salary range for this role is $43,993.80 – $53,720.20 annually ($21.15 – $25.82 hourly) which is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location.
Schedule
Able to work Monday - Friday 12:30 PM-9:00pm or 1:30pm-10:00pm and work Saturdays as needed
