Custom Order Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Manage special order requests from start to finish, serving as the key point person for customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Maintains order statuses, ensures quoted time frames are maintained, and addresses any potential issues that may arise.
• Calculate and quote prices.
• Accurately submit and verify custom orders with vendors within specified timeframes.
• Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely confirmation, delivery, and proper invoicing and payments.
• Facilitate vendor compliance with product quality and on-time delivery standards.
• Cultivate a positive customer experience (internal and external stakeholders) throughout the entire process.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in the jewelry industry.
• 1+ years of experience specifically with custom jobs.
• Basic understanding and ability to read CAD's.
• Able to work autonomously.
• Strong multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• High sense of urgency and initiative.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

Requirements

• Must be able to work some Saturday shifts remotely.

Pay and Schedule

The pay range for this opportunity is $26.00 – 35.00 per hour. Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

This position is 100% onsite in our Seattle, Washington Support Center.
