Responsibilities
- Manage order entry and fulfillment processes efficiently
- Communicate with customers to resolve issues and provide support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet sales targets
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- At least 2 years of experience in inside sales or order processing
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus
