About the role

AlphaGraphics-Madison, a rapid-response printing company, seeks a highly motivated and experienced print Account Rep. The position supports both Milwaukee and Madison business development efforts.

Responsibilities

• maintenance of house accounts
• estimating customer-direct accounts
• customer-direct account management
• internal project management with production staff
• customer service
• job consultation

Additional responsibilities

• in-person and phone meetings
• targeted pop-in marketing material drop-offs

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Positive attitude
• Energetic personality
• Able to manage shifting priorities without being overwhelmed
• Team player willing to contribute in all areas of growing operation
• Treat customers to exceptional service
