Order Coordinator

About the role

The Order Coordinator coordinates inbound/outbound shipments based on customer demands and priorities. This position requires experience in a multi-client facility coordinating between Operations and Client Services.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the movement of material in and out of warehouse upon direction of Operations & Client SLAs.
• Performs routine data input related to warehouse inbound and outbound moves. Must enter all pertinent information into systems of record: SAP/TFS (Think Fulfillment System).
• Identifies any shortages, overages, etc.
• Completes daily operations reports.
• Performs fast, efficient, and accurate warehouse administrative work.
• Communicates with customers, warehouse associates, drivers, and leadership.
• Follows all workplace processes and standards in support of the ISO-9001 Quality certification.

Requirements

• Excellent computer skills preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Problem-solving: identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.
• Responds promptly to customer needs whether external or internal.
• Planning/organizing-prioritizes tasks effectively.
• Dependability: is consistently at work and on time.
• Follows instructions and responds to management direction.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
