Expectations
- Disseminate all information regarding the event to D300 music teachers regarding timelines, registration, and announcements, etc.
- Collaborate with the Director of Fine and Performing Arts on all aspects of the Orchestra Festival to ensure a successful event.
- Facilitate the moving of equipment to and from the Orchestra Festival location.
- Cook up rehearsals, including but not limited to the set-up of performance spaces, student schedule for the festival including transportation, programing music.
- Cook up performance (s), including but not limited to the set-up of performance spaces, communication of event, program bill.
- Secure clinicians and additional volunteers as needed.
- Facilitate the event scheduled for Thursday, December 10, 2026.
Qualifications
- A Professional Educators License with Music Endorsement
- Must be D300 LEAD Member
- Interested candidates must possess a strong knowledge of music education.
