Oracle Human Capital Management Specialist

Duties

• Gather and document business requirements for functional configuration
• Advise on recommendations for product enhancements
• Client user training
• Work with stakeholders to understand functional requirements
• Interacts with other cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and release features
• Plan and support the deployment of quarterly updates and production issue resolutions
• Utilize VBCS to customize Fusion UIs, build data entry pages, dashboards, and embed custom apps
• Work with the technical team to spec and unit test any system technical extensions
• Collaborate with Oracle development to escalate issues and ensure resolution

Qualifications

• Six or more years of configuration and support experience with Oracle Cloud HCM (Performance Management and Compensation) preferred
