Sr. Oracle HR/HCM Consultant

What's the Job?

Design and deliver Core HR solutions, including conversions, integrations, reporting, testing, and assessing downstream impacts across HCM modules. Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities, driving resolution and alignment before issues impact delivery. Collaborate effectively with functional, technical, and business stakeholders to develop scalable, end-to-end solutions that meet client objectives. Lead client-facing discussions across workstreams, guiding teams to develop integrated, cross-functional solutions.

What's Needed?

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in HR technology consulting or related fields.
• Oracle-certified in both Core HR and Onboarding.
• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university.
• Strong verbal and analytical skills with the ability to produce high-quality written communication.
• PREFERRED: Experience in construction or highly unionized workforce environments.
