Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary functional expert for assigned Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
- Lead the resolution of complex functional and technical issues, including root cause analysis and cross-module troubleshooting.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them on best practices, optimization opportunities, and roadmap planning.
- Configure, test, and document advanced system changes, enhancements, and reports.
- Lead the design of new functionality, ensuring alignment with client requirements and Oracle best practices.
- Oversee quarterly updates, regression testing, and release impact assessments.
- Manage and troubleshoot system integrations, working closely with technical teams.
- Collaborate with Oracle Support and third-party vendors to resolve escalated issues.
- Provide functional requirements and validation for integration updates.
- Lead client meetings, workshops, and solution discussions.
- Deliver end-user training and create high-quality support documentation.
- Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Mentor and review the work of Consultants and junior team members.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and best-practice development.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of consulting or HRIS experience supporting Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Deep expertise in Workforce Management: Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and cross-module dependencies.
- Proven ability to lead client discussions, design solutions, and manage complex issues independently.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
