Pay Rate: $90,000 – $125,000 per year

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Oracle HCM Core HR Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR solutions while working closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and configuring Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR modules.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Configure Core HR components including workforce structures, jobs, positions, organizations, grades, and employee records.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to improve HR business processes.
• Create business process flows, functional specifications, and documentation.
• Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and resolve functional issues.
• Assist with Oracle HCM Cloud integrations and quarterly updates.
• Troubleshoot Oracle HCM Core HR application issues and provide end-user support.
