Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management Core Profile Specialist

For our client, a leader in the Information Technology space, we are seeking an Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management Core Profile Specialist to advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience.

You will partner with global leaders, HR centers of excellence, and functional stakeholders to create consistent practices across teams and regions. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Architect foundational elements of Oracle Fusion HCM for global enterprise
• Design enterprise organizational structure and job architecture
• Manage configurations for global assignments and identity integrations
• Ensure compliance with global data privacy laws in workforce data
• Maintain interoperability with critical downstream systems like payroll and security
• Collaborate with various business units to ensure a single source of truth for employee records

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, or related field
• 12+ years of experience in enterprise HCM systems architecture
• Expertise in configuring Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Core HR and related modules
• Experience in designing data flows linking HCM systems with Active Directory and payroll
• Proven ability to manage global assignment configurations and lifecycle workflows
• Strong understanding of global data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA)

Pay

$148,200 – $263,000 annually
