Oracle HRIS Consultant

About the role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Oracle HRIS Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions while collaborating with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing and configuring Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
- Gather and document HR business and functional requirements.
- Configure Oracle HCM applications based on business needs.
- Support HRIS system enhancements, upgrades, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT teams to improve HR processes.
- Perform data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and troubleshoot functional issues.
- Monitor system performance and recommend process improvements.
- Create functional documentation, user guides, and process workflows.
- Support Oracle HCM Cloud quarterly updates and new feature releases.
- Provide end-user training and functional support.

Pay
$90,000 – $125,000 per year
