Job Description
- Lead end-to-end Oracle HR Help Desk implementation
- Configure request types, workflows, routing rules, milestones, and knowledge management
- Collaborate with HR, Shared Services, Technology, Security, and Business teams
- Support solution design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities
- Drive process improvements and Oracle quarterly release support
Required Experience
- 5+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience
- Hands-on Oracle HR Help Desk implementation experience
- Strong functional knowledge of Oracle HCM modules:
- Core HR
- Absence Management
- Benefits
- Payroll
- Recruiting
- Talent Management
- Learning
- Journeys
- Time & Labor
Preferred Technical Skills
- Oracle HR Help Desk Configuration
- HDL / HSDL
- OTBI & BI Publisher
- HCM Extracts
- Fast Formula
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Oracle Security & Approval Workflows
- Redwood UI experience is a plus
Preferred
- Oracle HCM Cloud Certification
- Experience in large enterprise Oracle HCM implementations
- Migration from legacy HR case management platform
