Oracle Health Lead Engagement Owner

This role requires the candidate to be a US Citizen, have the ability to gain Federal Security Clearance, and be willing to travel 100% of the time.

About the role

This Lead Engagement Owner role will be accountable for delivering successful Federal deployment projects in the health care industry. We are seeking an experienced program or project management professional with 10+ years of experience and a consistent track record of success in program delivery, particularly with federal modernization engagements.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate external client relationships to achieve business objectives
• Maintain and hold team members accountable for professional delivery of their assigned work, including project managers
• Identify and manage project risks, drive mitigation/resolution strategy, and escalate as appropriate
• Provide high-quality status reporting and present to high-level executives and government officials in a professional manner
• Influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to establish and execute project objectives
• Manage project plans based on contractual commitments, including resources, financials (profitability and resource hours), schedules, quality, and scope
• Oversee client event planning and coordination, event agenda localization, travel coordination, team communication, and overall methodology compliance
• Manage project milestones and review regularly with both internal project and external client teams
• Quickly develop proficiency in tools required for the job: Portfolio Project Management (PPM), Microsoft Excel, VersionOne, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Project, Microsoft PowerPoint, and other project tools implemented by Oracle

Requirements

• At least 10 years of related work experience, including Health Care Information Technology (HCIT) implementation, project management, and program management
• U.S. citizenship (required for federal security clearance)
• Strong internal and external relationship-building skills
• Ability to guide, coach, and mentor team members at all levels, including project managers
• Proven ability to lead complex teams and manage escalations
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, related projects concurrently under a program portfolio
• Ability to autonomously communicate with Executive/C-Suite executives and maintain these relationships over time
• Facilitation, organization, coordination, and problem-solving abilities
• Concise and effective communication skills
• Ability to quickly diagnose project issues and risks (including resources, software, solution, scope, financial, etc.) to prevent or mitigate them

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) (preferred)
• Experience with Oracle Health Consulting Methodology (preferred)
• Oracle Project/Financial Management experience, including sales/contract exposure (preferred)
• High-level Oracle Health product and workflow knowledge (preferred)

Expectations

• Must reside in or be willing to relocate to an already virtually approved location
• Willing to travel up to 100% as needed
• Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
• Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures
• Understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within the scope of the position
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned

Pay

Hiring range in USD: $91,400 – $187,000 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
