Oracle Health Client Leader

About the role

Oracle Health’s IT Managed Services organization partners with clients to optimize IT resources, enhancing effectiveness and reducing costs. This role requires a Senior Director, Client Site Leader who will provide onsite leadership for technical system development and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Leverage strong interpersonal and communications skills to build professional partnerships within Oracle Health and with client leaders.
• Drive client technology strategy development and financial planning.
• Align client goals and strategies with current IP capabilities and roadmaps.
• Establish projects, goals, and objectives that advance client imperatives and share across organizations.
• Lead onsite teams in developing, designing, and optimizing technical information system platforms.
• Develop and foster collaboration between technology communities across Oracle Health and IT Managed Services sites.
• Create and articulate vision and business strategies internally and externally.
• Lead, direct, and review team work to achieve operational or functional targets or objectives.
• Deliver consistent and timely training, guidance, and feedback to encourage success and promote associate growth.
• Owning decision-making for staffing and performance decisions for direct reports.

Qualifications

• At least 15 years of total combined related work experience and completed higher education.
• At least 10 years of clinical, health care, or information systems management work experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Healthcare CIO experience preferred.
• Oracle Health Millennium work experience preferred.
