Responsibilities

  • Partner with Oracle Health clients to provide consulting services for integration of end user devices with Oracle systems.
  • Work alongside clients to understand their current workflows and provide strategic direction on the end user devices needed to improve their workflows.
  • Define deployment, integration, and testing strategies to ensure end user devices are ready for conversion.
  • Provide regular status updates to project leadership, adhere to implementation best practices, assess risk, perform troubleshooting, and escalate issues as appropriate.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years total combined higher education and related work experience including: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Business, Healthcare, Science, or relevant degree or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 2 years healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support and/or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience.
  • Receipt of the appropriate government security clearance card applicable for your position.

Qualifications

  • U.S. citizenship.
  • 1-2 years of experience with PC deployment or printer configuration.
  • 1-2 years of experience presenting information and communicating with clients at all levels within an organization.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel or Microsoft PowerBI.
