About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Operations Executive to join our dynamic team and support strategic sales initiatives through data-driven analysis, forecasting, performance reporting, and business planning.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales leadership to provide analytical support, strategic insights, and operational guidance that drive revenue growth and improve commercial performance.
  • Analyze sales, pipeline, market, and customer data to measure performance against business objectives, identify trends, and deliver actionable recommendations that support informed decision-making.
  • Support sales forecasting, territory planning, account assignments, business planning, and other strategic initiatives to optimize sales productivity and execution.
  • Provide day-to-day analytical support to Sales leadership through ad hoc analysis, business reviews, executive presentations, and performance reporting.
  • Persistently partner across the organization to improve commercial processes, drive operational excellence, and ensure alignment in support of business priorities.
  • Maintain the integrity of commercial data, support compliance with Oracle business practices and policies, and identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve business outcomes.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales leadership by proactively identifying risks, opportunities, and recommendations that enable long-term business growth.

Qualifications

  • Commercial Analytics & Strategic Thinking: 3–8 years of experience in commercial analytics, sales strategy, sales operations, business operations, consulting, finance, or other analytical business roles (IC3–IC4 level).
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business problems and translate data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Experience supporting revenue growth initiatives through forecasting, planning, and performance analysis.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience in forecasting, financial analysis, business planning, and performance measurement.
  • Ability to synthesize large data sets into concise, executive-level presentations and recommendations.
  • Proven ability to build trusted partnerships with business leaders and influence decision-making through data-driven insights.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex analyses to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment with multiple priorities.
