About the role
We are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to lead the US partnership with a global rollout. Your primary focus will be on hunting, developing, and adding New Supplying Stores (NSS) with Key Accounts, encompassing over 100 locations across the United States.
Responsibilities
- Ask insightful questions to uncover client (or team) needs and opportunities.
- Take charge of opportunities, leading your teammates and clients with clarity and cohesion.
- Move deals forward by influencing decisions and instilling a sense of urgency.
- Navigate large-scale negotiations with confidence, handling objections and seeking mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Promote polished and effective communication with stakeholders and team members to ensure high-quality client engagements.
- Document and manage resources effectively to support the successful launch and ongoing rollout of key partnerships.
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing for enterprise-level accounts.
- Experience with cold calling and email outreach for cold outreach.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a hunting role, preferably as an account executive or sales development.
- Industry experience that translates well, such as food, hospitality, media, and technology.
- Experience with Salesforce (or CRM) preferred; strong accountability and KPI management skills.
- Polished, detail-oriented professional with a humble and collaborative attitude.
- Data analysis skills to create performance reports and projections, identifying and understanding trends, opportunities, and issues.
- Enthusiasm for sustainability, food waste reduction, and environmental issues.
- Experience with value-based selling and/or MEDDICC methodology (preferred).

OTC of $160,000-$180,000.
