About the role
Auror is revolutionizing the retail industry by tackling Organized Retail Crime, a global issue worth $150 billion annually. Founded in New Zealand, we now serve major retailers in the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the UK. Our mission is to reduce violent retail crime by 50% within five years.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategy to grow Auror's presence in North America
- Navigate complex stakeholders to close deals
- Manage the sales process from prospecting to close
- Present Auror's platform to address specific operational and financial challenges
- Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and provide leadership with a clear picture of deal status
- Work closely with Customer Success to ensure new customers achieve fast time-to-value
- Represent Auror at industry events and build a profile in the Loss Prevention community
- Share field intelligence with Product, Marketing, and Partnerships to stay informed about market needs
Requirements
- Experience carrying a quota in enterprise SaaS sales
- Strong relationship-building skills with VP and C-suite Loss Prevention and Asset Protection leaders
- Analytical and data-driven approach to prioritizing territory and building account plans
- The ability to differentiate Auror's approach by focusing on outcomes rather than features
- Ability to travel up to 30%
- Knowledge of the retail or Loss Prevention space or genuine curiosity to quickly learn
