Key Responsibilities
- Develop, debug, and refine complex SQL queries and Fast Formulas to ensure compensation data accuracy and reporting
- Lead the creation and maintenance of annual compensation plans, supporting annual merit and bonus cycles
- Develop, maintain, and refine BI Publisher report templates and OTBI dashboards
- Identify and resolve system issues in collaboration with compensation and HR technology teams
- Manage mass data updates using HDL and HSDL
- Create, execute, and document test scripts for unit and integration testing based on functional requirements
- Deliver systems training and guidance to stakeholders across the organization
- Support SOX compliance audit initiatives and contribute to systematic upgrade efforts for Oracle Fusion HCM
Required Skills
- Oracle Fusion HCM configuration experience, with hands-on depth in the Workforce Compensation module
- Fast Formula development for compensation logic
- Complex SQL query development and debugging
- BI Publisher and OTBI report/dashboard development
- HDL/HSDL mass data load experience
- Experience Supporting Annual Compensation Cycles (merit, Bonus)
- Functional/technical hybrid skill set, comfortable bridging configuration and stakeholder-facing work
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- SOX compliance and audit support experience
- Oracle Fusion HCM upgrade project experience
- Prior experience in a large/enterprise HCM environment
