Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, debug, and refine complex SQL queries and Fast Formulas to ensure compensation data accuracy and reporting
  • Lead the creation and maintenance of annual compensation plans, supporting annual merit and bonus cycles
  • Develop, maintain, and refine BI Publisher report templates and OTBI dashboards
  • Identify and resolve system issues in collaboration with compensation and HR technology teams
  • Manage mass data updates using HDL and HSDL
  • Create, execute, and document test scripts for unit and integration testing based on functional requirements
  • Deliver systems training and guidance to stakeholders across the organization
  • Support SOX compliance audit initiatives and contribute to systematic upgrade efforts for Oracle Fusion HCM

Required Skills

  • Oracle Fusion HCM configuration experience, with hands-on depth in the Workforce Compensation module
  • Fast Formula development for compensation logic
  • Complex SQL query development and debugging
  • BI Publisher and OTBI report/dashboard development
  • HDL/HSDL mass data load experience
  • Experience Supporting Annual Compensation Cycles (merit, Bonus)
  • Functional/technical hybrid skill set, comfortable bridging configuration and stakeholder-facing work

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

  • SOX compliance and audit support experience
  • Oracle Fusion HCM upgrade project experience
  • Prior experience in a large/enterprise HCM environment
