Oracle Cloud Payroll Consultant - Charlotte, NC – 4 days || W2

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert support to clients using Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert support for Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll configurations, testing, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
• Support US payroll processing, taxes, and payroll accounting.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between HR, Compensation, and Payroll systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM, with a focus on Payroll.
• Strong experience in US payroll processing, taxes, and payroll accounting.
• Hands-on experience with Payroll configuration, including Elements and Fast Formulas.
• A good understanding of integrations across HR, Compensation, and Payroll systems.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll administration tools.
• Experience with payroll tax calculations and compliance.
• Knowledge of payroll reporting and analytics.
