PAYROLL SPECIALIST - CHARLOTTE, NC

Location: On-site, temperature-controlled environment with exposure to cold conditions for extended periods of time.

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Pay Range: $[[cust_StartingPayRate]] per hour to $[[cust_MaxPayRate]] per hour. Internal Employee Referral Bonus available.

About the role

This individual provides knowledgeable support for all payroll applications including SAP, MyCPM, MySTAFF, MyRequests and other applications.

Responsibilities

• Provides customer service leadership on projects involving multiple teams within the department
• Processes incoming calls and emails according to procedure
• Creates work orders that capture structured data in order to provide audit trails and statistical analysis
• Makes recommendations of process changes
• Provides documentation and testing to implement process changes and provide training for the team
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferred
• 2 years previous customer service call center experience
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Ability to understand and suggest resolution to issues
• Payroll processing knowledge, preferred
• SAP experience, preferred
