Oracle Cloud Payroll Consultant @ Charlotte, NC (4 Days Onsite/week) || W2 Only

About the role

The role requires a strong hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll, with a focus on US payroll processing, taxes, and accounting. The position involves configuring payroll elements and fast formulas, integrating HR, compensation, and payroll systems, and supporting configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Configure payroll elements and fast formulas in Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll
• Support integration across HR, Compensation, and Payroll systems
• Test and troubleshoot payroll configurations
• Enhance existing payroll setups
• Work across payroll-related business processes in Oracle Cloud

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM, with a strong focus on Payroll
• Strong experience in US payroll processing, taxes, and payroll accounting
• Hands-on experience with Payroll configuration, including Elements and Fast Formulas
• A good understanding of integrations across HR, Compensation, and Payroll
• Experience supporting configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and payroll enhancements in Oracle Cloud

Qualifications

The ideal candidate is a techno-functional Oracle Payroll professional who can manage payroll setup, support issues, and work across payroll-related business processes in Oracle Cloud. Prior Oracle HCM Payroll implementation or enhancement experience is highly desirable.
