Oracle Cloud Payroll Consultant

About the role

The role requires a 3-month contract-to-hire position located in Charlotte, NC, with 4 days/week onsite and 1 day/week remote.

Responsibilities

• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll
• Solid knowledge of US payroll processing, payroll taxes, payroll accounting, and payroll configuration
• Hands-on experience with Payroll configuration, including Elements and Fast Formulas
• Good understanding of integrations across HR, Compensation, and Payroll
• Experience supporting configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and payroll enhancements in Oracle Cloud

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM, focusing strongly on Payroll
• Strong experience in US payroll processing, taxes, and payroll accounting
• Experience supporting configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and payroll enhancements in Oracle Cloud
• Prior Oracle HCM Payroll implementation or enhancement experience preferred

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor degree and equivalent education
• USC/GC authorization, but open to all authorized to work
